六氟化硫的替代滅弧氣體電氣特性研究綜述

摘 要:由于近年來溫室效應的不斷加劇,探索一種能有效替代六氟化硫(SF6) 且對環(huán)境友好的絕緣和滅弧氣體介質(zhì)已成為該研究領(lǐng)域的一項重要課題,分別對歐美國家、日韓等國和國內(nèi)研究機構(gòu)關(guān)于SF6 的替代滅弧氣體電氣特性的研究進展進行了綜述,并對比了各類替代介質(zhì)相對于SF6 的優(yōu)缺點,指出隨著國內(nèi)外學者不斷加大研究力度,SF6 替代氣體在未來應用空間應該更加廣闊,也有助于新型高壓電器的開發(fā)。

Abstract: Because of constant increasing greenhouse effect in recent years, exploring a kind of insulation and arc extinguishing gas medium,which could instead of sulfur hexafluoride effectively and be environmentally friendly, has become an important task in this research field. This paper reviewed on the research progress of electrical characteristics of substitute arc extinguishing gases in European countries, Japan and Korea and domestic research institutions, and compared all kinds of substitute mediums relative to merit and demerit of sulfur hexafluoride. The efforts for the research topic gradually increase and some research achievements have been achieved, which provides new research ideas for further study and also contributes to the development of new type high-voltage apparatus.
