干式直流支撐電容器的絕緣電阻特性分析與試驗測試

摘要：絕緣電阻會影響干式直流支撐電容器(DCLC)的均壓、儲能性能，故對高溫、高場強下 DCLC 的絕緣電阻特性分析具有重要意義。以工作場強 E₀ 是 233.3 V/μm 時的 DCLC 為研究對象，分析 DCLC 的絕緣電阻和電導率，并搭建了相關試驗平臺，開展不同溫度和不同場強下的等效絕緣電阻測量試驗，分析 DCLC 的等效絕緣電阻影響因素。研究結果表明：DCLC 的等效絕緣電阻隨著工作場強增加而快速下降；DCLC 的等效絕緣電阻隨著溫度增加而下降。分析得出，影響 DCLC 的等效絕緣電阻關鍵因素為聚丙烯薄膜材料、金屬層的蒸鍍。

Abstract: Insulation resistance affects the voltage balancing and energy storage performance of dry DC link capacitor (DCLC), which is of great significance for the analysis of insulation resistance characteristics of DCLC at high temperature and high field strength. In this paper,taking a DCLC with the working field strength E0 of 233.3 V/μm as the research object, analyzing the insulation resistance and conductance of DCLC, and building the related test platform, based on this, the equivalent insulation resistance measurement tests were carried out at different temperatures and different field strengths to analyze the factors affecting the equivalent insulation resistance of DCLC. The results show that the equivalent insulation resistance of DCLC decreases rapidly with the increase of the working field strength, the equivalent insulation resistance of DCLC decreases with the increase of temperature. It is analyzed that the key factors affecting the equivalent insulation resistance of DCLC are polypropylene film material and the vaporization of the metal layer.
