弱電網下逆變器間諧波振蕩特征分析與抑制方法的研究

    摘 要:弱電網下逆變器會與電網發生交互,產生間諧波振蕩,而導致嚴重的電能質量問題。建立了弱電網下并網逆變器的阻抗模型,并基于阻抗模型通過特征提取分析系統的穩定性;對間諧波振蕩所引起的電能質量問題進行了機理分析,依據分析結果提出了一種新型鎖相環結構,可以抑制逆變器在弱電網下的間諧波振蕩,來解決其所引起的電能質量問題。仿真與實驗結果表明,所提新型鎖相環結構通過鎖相環前置帶通濾波器抑制諧波從而提升系統的穩定性,且有效地減少了傳統鎖相環結構所導致的超調問題,與傳統鎖相環結構在動態性能上相差不大。

Interharmonic Oscillations for Inverters Under Weak Grid

    Abstract: Under the weak grid, the inverter will interact with the grid and generate interharmonic oscillations, which will lead to serious power quality problems. The impedance model of the grid-connected inverter under a weak grid is established, and the stability of the system is analyzed by feature extraction based on the impedance model; the mechanism of the power quality problem caused by interharmonic oscillations is analyzed, and based on the analytical results, a new phase-locked-loop structure is proposed, which can inhibit the interharmonic oscillations of the inverter under a weak grid and solve the power quality problem caused by the interharmonic oscillations. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed new phase-locked loop structure can improve the stability of the system by suppressing the harmonics through the phase-locked loop front band-pass filter, and effectively reduce the overshooting problem caused by the traditional phaselocked loop structure, which is not much different from the traditional phase-locked loop structure in terms of dynamic performance.
